1. Sacred Tier Subscriptions

QUORRA operates on a subscription basis with four sacred tiers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the sustainability of our divine services.

Available Sacred Tiers

  • Ember: Free tier (no refunds applicable)
  • Hammer: $35/month or $348/year
  • Anvil: $59/month or $588/year
  • Foundry: $129/month or $1,188/year

2. 14-Day Divine Grace Period

We offer a 14-day refund window for all paid subscriptions, starting from the date of your first payment.

  • • Request made within 14 days of first payment
  • • Account in good standing (no violations)
  • • No excessive usage or abuse of service
  • • Original payment method still valid

3. Monthly vs Annual Subscriptions

Monthly Subscriptions

  • 14-day refund window from first payment
  • After 14 days: Can cancel anytime, no refund for current month
  • Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
  • No partial month refunds

Annual Subscriptions

  • 14-day refund window for full refund
  • After 14 days: Prorated refund for unused months (minimum 3 months used)
  • Must request before final 3 months of subscription period
  • Refund calculated based on remaining full months

4. Refund Process

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days

Processing Time

  • Credit cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-10 business days

5. Circumstances for Refusal

✗ Refund May Be Denied

  • • Request made after 14-day grace period (for full refunds)
  • • Account suspended for terms of service violations
  • • Evidence of service abuse or excessive usage
  • • Attempt to exploit refund policy
  • • Disputed charges already resolved through payment provider
  • • Account accessed through unauthorized means

6. Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to:

  • Contact Support: Many issues can be resolved with assistance
  • Downgrade Tier: Switch to a lower tier that better fits your needs
  • Pause Subscription: Temporarily pause for up to 3 months
  • Export Data: Download your projects before canceling

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All projects and data will be preserved for 30 days
  • Account reinstatement requires resolving the dispute
  • We prefer to work directly with customers when possible

💡 Best Practice: Contact our support team before initiating any payment disputes. We're committed to fair resolutions and often can solve issues faster than formal dispute processes.

8. Free Tier & Upgrades

Ember (Free) Tier

No refunds applicable since it's free. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.

Mid-Cycle Upgrades

When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged the prorated difference. The 14-day refund window applies to the new tier amount only.

9. Force Majeure

In cases of service interruption due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, major infrastructure failures), we may offer service credits or extended subscriptions rather than refunds.
