1. Divine Agreement

By accessing QUORRA ("the Service"), operated by Nocturne AI LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

QUORRA is a visual website builder that generates clean, optimized HTML and CSS code. We provide:

• Visual drag-and-drop website editor
• AI-powered design assistance (Sparky)
• Clean code generation and export
• Industry-specific design templates
• Performance optimization tools

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using QUORRA. We retain ownership of the QUORRA platform, software, and any improvements made to it. Generated code is provided under a permissive license allowing commercial use without attribution requirements.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

QUORRA is provided "as is" without warranties. Nocturne AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service, but you may export your projects and data before termination. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
